Why the Three Dice Choices Are Different
A 7 Up 7 Down round uses the sum of two dice. Read probabilities and payouts separately. No betting pattern controls a roll or makes a total due.
Read the Round in Order
- Review the Available Positions: The three groups are:
The Down Range: Totals from two through six fall below seven and belong to the lower group.
The Up Range: Totals from eight through twelve fall above seven and belong to the upper group.
The Exact-Seven Position: Only a combined value of seven qualifies for this separate choice. - Counting Lower Combinations: For two fair six-sided dice, 15 of 36 ordered combinations total below seven.
- Counting Upper Combinations: Fifteen combinations total above seven, giving the broad ranges equal probability.
- Counting Exact Sevens: Six combinations add to seven, so its probability differs from either broad range.
- Let Both Dice Finish: The dealer or digital system produces the pair of results for that round.
- Apply the Settlement Rules: Add the two values, identify the matching group and check the table’s payout.
Reading the Advertised Returns:
- The source describes an eligible 7 Up or 7 Down result as paying 1:1 . Check whether a displayed amount includes the returned stake.
- For the less frequent Lucky 7 position, the quoted payout is 4:1 or 5:1. Confirm the actual paytable; a larger quoted reward does not remove the chance of losing.
